I just had to add that word to my blog. I think it is such a fun word to say and I laugh everytime I say it. I think today should be called Rubbish Day!!!

Plugged in for 24hours and potty tales

I wonder if i can pick up radio signals lol.

I am being hooked up to a Holster Monitor on Tuesday am to monitor my heart for 24hrs. My doctor says I am experiencing  something called SVT or super ventricular tachycardia...SVT is easier to say lol. Having this is not necessarily anything serious, it could just be something that happens every now and then to me. But to be on the save side we are going to check it out. So for 24 hours i will have something attached to me to watch my heart beeps. (as Jack would say) The following week I will have to go for a stress test which requires running on a treadmill (I am more afraid of that, not much of a runner haha) and then having an ultrasound of my heart, that could be pretty neat to see. Anyways i will keep you all posted.

On a different topic. Addy was in the tub the other day and told me she had to pee, so i took her out and she actually POOPED on the potty!!! I was so shocked and happy. She was unsure of what it was in the potty (she in all honesty never sees her poop) but after we cheered her on and praised her she was pretty proud of herself. She has not gone on the potty again, and she still wears diapers, but i think its a pretty good start to potty training. SOB i am not ready for my baby to grow up yet...and i am not ready for potty training yet lol

ew, ew and why??

So I am working on week 3 of my fear/phobia research study. This week the Jr Professor sent me a link to a utube video of a bunch of kids puking their guts out, SO GROSS. I have watched it a few times, and actually gagged once, but I have not brought myself to turn the volume on to watch it. I am not sure how it is all suppose to help me get over my phobia. Apparently when your anxiety levels go up, it is not humanly possible for your anxiety to stay at a high level for a long time, your body gets to exhausted, and it would gradually and naturally drop down on its own. So by exposing me to my phobia and remaining in the moment of the phobia my anxiety should drop down and gradually that will cure me. The Professor tells me that by exposure i will get over my fear, I am not sure that I see that happening yet, but I remain hopeful. 

Same cold reborn???

So the never ending cold continues. I woke up this morning with the body aches, fever, running nose, sneezing and of course the same cough i have had for a month now.  But i will continue to not let it get me down....I think it takes to much energy to whine about it, rather then just let it run its course. Besides getting sick builds up immunities!!

My first blog experience

So I thought i would give this whole blog thing a go. I think its a great place to write down my thoughts, milestones, childrens milestones and my goals.

While i was starting this Addy decided to get at the box of cream of wheat left on the kitchen counter. UGH i think i will be cleaning up cream of wheat for a while haha.
